Calliope Gas Recovery System

Overview

CREDO’s 11,800 foot J.C. Carroll well provides an excellent example of Calliope’s potential.  When the well was purchased for salvage value in 1999, it had not produced commercially for five years and had a bottom hole pressure of only 290 psi.  Calliope immediately restored production to 646,000 cubic feet of gas per day. The well has since produced over 750 million cubic feet of gas.  CREDO estimates that Calliope will recover a total of 1.7 billion cubic feet of gas from this previously dead well.

The Calliope method and apparatus are protected by U.S. Patents 5,911,278 and 6,672,392 which are licensed exclusively to CREDO Petroleum Corporation.  Calliope is a registered trademark that is also licensed exclusively to CREDO Petroleum Corporation.  Any unauthorized use of the method, apparatus or the trademark is prohibited.
