Calliope Gas Recovery System
Track Record
CREDO has installed Calliope
on ten (10) non-prototype wells that it owns
and operates. All of the wells had been
given-up on by other operators and were either
dead or uneconomic at the time Calliope was
installed. Accordingly, these wells represent
the most rigorous applications for Calliope. Set
forth below is summary information for these
wells.
|
| |
- Reserve addition costs are $0.50 per Mcf,
or less
- Depth range - 8,200 to 18,400 feet
- Average initial production rate - 270 Mcf
per day
- Average production decline rate - 8%
- Production rate range - 75 to 650 Mcf per
day
- Average proved developed Calliope reserves
- 1.10 Bcf
- Proved developed Calliope reserve range
- .58 to 2.22 Bcf

Shown below are recent production
and projected remaining reserves on a representative
sample of our ten Calliope applications. Conventional
technology had reached its limit on these wells.
They were all dead wells that we purchased
after they had been recommended by the operators
for plugging. |
J.C. Carroll #1-20 Well
J.C. Carroll #1-20 Well, Section 20-T11N-R9W,
Canadian County, Oklahoma The
Morrow reservoir pressure was depleted to 290
psi at 11,800 feet. Coil tubing with a
compressor was unsuccessful. The well
had not produced commercially in five years
and the operator had recommended plugging. CREDO
purchased the well and installed Calliope using
the existing 2-3/8-inch tubing with a transition
to a 1,200-foot, 1-3/4-inch coil tubing stinger
to fit inside the 2-7/8-inch liner. Calliope
immediately restored production to 650 Mcfd. Calliope
reserves are estimated to be 1.4 to 1.7 Bcf. The
well has produced over 750 MMcf using Calliope.

Bradford #1-28 Well
Bradford #1-28 Well, Section 28-T9N-R8W,
Grady County, Oklahoma The Springer
reservoir pressure was depleted to 366 psi
at 12,800 feet. The operator recommended
plugging the well after coil tubing and a compressor
proved to be ineffective. CREDO purchased
the well and installed Calliope inside the
2-7/8 inch tubing without removing the packer. Production
was restored to 210 Mcfd. Calliope reserves
are estimated to be 1.5 Bcf.

Green Estate #1-29 Well

Green Estate #1-29
Well, Section-T10N-R26W, Beckham County, Oklahoma The
Hunton reservoir pressure was depleted to 872
psi at 18,400 feet. The well died
after coil tubing failed to maintain production. CREDO
purchase the well and installed Calliope inside
3-1/2-inch tubing without removing the packer. Production
was restored to 600 Mcfd. Calliope reserves
are estimated to be 2.22 Bcf.
